The room was nice & clean. It had free WiFi. The hotel owners were very friendly. I was very satisfied with it and would stay there again.
We were part of the hurricane Irma evacuees and booked this hotel without knowing anything about it. It was extremely run down and dirty. It was truly a dump!!!! Unfortunately there was no other motels anywhere for two states. On Sunday when we knew our mobile home was destroyed we wanted to leave and head for Michigan where our family is. We ask if we could get a refund of one final night to go and the owner said no because we booked online he couldn't do a refund, it was priceline. So we called priceline and they were willing to ok the refund. They called the hotel and they said no they would charge us the last night anyway. SHAME ON YOU AMERICA'S BEST for taking advantage of people already in devastation. PLEASE BOYCOTT AMERICA'S BEST HOTELS!!!! After priceline calling him 3 times--he is finally going to refund our 1 night.
Rooms are dated, but the staff's customer service more than makes up the difference.
Our room key had trouble working, but the man from the front desk came up himself while the front office was very busy and showed us how to make it work. He also showed us how to work the TV so we could keep up with the storm.
The room was freshly cleaned at my arrival. Air fresher had been sprayed. King size bed didn't really fit in the room. Nothing negative to day about the property, but nothing stood out to recommend this place above others
The man working at the front desk allowed us to check in at 7am (check in time is 3pm) as soon as they got a room cleaned up, and apologized for the wait because we had been sleeping in our vehicle for 2-3 hours waiting for someone to check out.
If we are ever running from a storm, I know where we're headed.
Also is a pet friendly hotel.

Stopped late at night had exact room we all needed,quiet,good ac,lighted parking,room clean and smelled good.Friendly staff.
